Shipping Options:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 -  £3.50 (FREE for orders over £75)

  • Delivery aim: 2 business days (3 business days to remote areas)
  • Full tracking with email updates 
  • Options to select delivery to a safe place or local Post Office branch and to rearrange delivery day

Royal Mail Tracked 24 -  £5.20 

  • Delivery aim: 1 business days (2 business days to remote areas)
  • Full tracking with email updates 
  • Options to select delivery to a safe place or local Post Office branch and to rearrange delivery day

DPD Premium - £5.50

  • Delivery aim: 1 business day (Please note this is a delivery aim not a guarantee, although the majority of parcels are delivered the next day, it may take 2 working days on occasion) 
  • Full end-to-end tracking 
  • Customer will receive 1 hour delivery window via SMS and email
  • Ability to track driver on real time maps
  • Service not available for Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Working Day by 1pm) and signed for -  From 7.00 

  • Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm on Next Business Day
  • Full tracking with email updates 
  • Options to select delivery to a safe place or local Post Office branch and to rearrange delivery day

      Dispatch Information:

      • Next day delivery is only available Monday – Friday.
      • Orders are only dispatched Monday - Friday. Our office is closed at weekends.
      • The cut-off for same day dispatch is 2pm GMT. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
      • Orders placed on Friday after 2pm GMT will be dispatched on Monday. 

      Please ensure your delivery address is correct before submitting your order.If you address is incorrect or incomplete, orders shipped with Royal Mail will be return to us and you will be invoiced for the reshipment fee.

      Please contact us within 28 days of placing your order if you do not receive your package so that we are able to submit a claim on your behalf. Claims out with this period are not accepted by the delivery company and we will be unable to replace your order.

      If UK customers select the free shipping option for orders over £75 return items taking them below this threshold, the £3.50 shipping charge will be deducted from their refund total. 

      Public Holidays
      We are unable to deliver on public holidays, any orders placed on a UK public holiday will be dispatched the following working day.
