How do I track my order?

Once your order is ready to go we will send you an email to let you know your order is on it way. You will be able to track your parcel via the tracking link in this email.

You will also receive an email from your chosen courier service once it is processed at their sorting facility with your tracking information

If I order today, how long will my delivery take?

We aim to pack all orders within one working day of them being placed and get them out to you as quickly as possible.  Please see our shipping and returns page here.

What is your returns policy?

We accept exchanges and returns for full refund within 14 days from when you received your order.  We will provide one exchange for free but you must bear the cost of shipping the items back to us.  Returns take up to 3 working days to be processed from date of receipt.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes! We ship everywhere, please refer to our shipping and returns page here to find out how much it costs.

If I have Pre Ordered an item when should I expect it to arrive?

Please check the description of the product.  This provides an estimated delivery date for when we will receive the goods and ship them out to you.  Please note that sometimes these dates may change due to circumstances out of our hands but we will notify you of any delay over 72 hours.

Are the sizes the same across all brands?

No, please refer to our size chart.

If I have placed my order, can I add something else to it?

Provided you have not received a dispatch email from us then contact us at hello@polejunkie.co.uk and we can give you a code to use at checkout to avoid paying delivery twice.
