Shipping Options:
DPD Classic - From £10.40 (Calculated based on parcel weight)
- Delivery aim: 3-5 business days
- Full end-to-end tracking
- Customer will receive 1 hour delivery window via SMS and email
- Ability to track driver on real time maps
- Please note DPD do not deliver to PO boxes
DHL Express - From £20.50 (Calculated based on parcel weight)
- Delivery aim: 3 business days
- Full end-to-end tracking with regular SMS and email updates
- On Demand delivery - customise your delivery to meet your preferences
- Please note DHL do not deliver to PO boxes or military bases
Dispatch Information:
- The cut-off for same day dispatch is 2pm GMT. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed on Friday after 2pm GMT will be dispatched on Monday.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before submitting your order. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, orders shipped with DPD Classic will be return to us and you will be invoiced for the reshipment fee. Orders shipped with DHL will incur a £7.00 "Change of Address" fee and this will delay your delivery.
Public Holidays
We are unable to deliver on public holidays, any orders placed on a UK public holiday will be dispatched the following working day.
