How Can We Help?

Tracking your order has never been simpler and there is no need to contact us.  Open your shipping confirmation email and click the 'TRACK MY ORDER' button to see where your PJ parcel is.  Please note our estimated shipping times, which can be found here. If your parcel has gone outwith the expected delivery aim by 5 working days, please get in touch with us and we'll investigate its whereabouts. You can contact us here.
There’s no need to wait weeks for claims to be processed by couriers - protect your parcel with just 3% of the contents value and we’ll offer you a replacement* right away. * Replacement provided if all items are in stock. Otherwise we will offer you a credit note. For full policy information, click here.

All orders placed at polejunkie.com are dispatched from Glasgow, United Kingdom. 


If you order products from our site from outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.


Can Pole Junkie send items as a gift to avoid Customs charges?

No. We are required by law to declare the true value of the parcel contents when exporting outside the EU. Failure to do so is a criminal offence and can result in large fines to both the retailer and the customer.


What happens if I refuse to pay Customs Fees?

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Pole Junkie, a return to sender fee & handling fee will be payable to your courier and deducted from your refund.

Yes we can deliver to your PO Box but only on a standard mail service (Global Mail / Royal Mail T24/T48) Parcels sent with a courier service (DPD / DHL) must be signed for so must be delivered to a residential address or place of work.

If you're delivering to a place of work, please ensure the company name is included in the delivery address.

If you are shopping from the EU, shop from our EU site eu.polejunkie.com to avoid import fees!

Have you tracked your order? You will find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email - this should keep you up to date with your orders journey from PJ to your address. If your parcel has exceeded the delivery aim and there has been no update on the tracking portal for your chosen delivery courier, please contact us here

In the case that your order cannot be delivered and is returned to us by the courier, we will contact you as soon as we receive your order back at our warehouse to arrange your redelivery for an additional postage fee. Any return fees passed on by the courier will also be liable to be paid. Please note that Pole Junkie does not make any profit from these fees and these are applied directly by the courier. In the event that you would prefer a refund for your order, we can process this as soon as your order arrives back at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed minus the original shipping fee and any return to sender fees applied by the courier. If your order had free shipping applied, the shipping costs paid by Pole Junkie will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that if the return to sender is due to an error made by the courier, you will not be liable for any additional charges and we will reship your items free of charge. 

We are happy to accept returns within 28 days of receiving your item in the following circumstances:
  • The item has been purchased via www.polejunkie.com
  • The item is returned in its original condition, unworn with tags ( where applicable)
  • The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit and contains a completed returns form
Please read our returns policy and book your return via our returns portal.You will require your order confirmation number, which can be found in the email used to place the order as well as your email address.  Please note - if you return your item and the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund.
If you have changed your mind about an item, we do not offer free returns. If your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us here

Yes, please mark this very clearly to help our returns team and ensure both returns are booked on our portal. 
If you think you have forgotten to include your returns form, please email us at hello@polejunkie.com with the following information: 
  • name
  • order number
  • order date
  • a list of the items you have returned
Our returns team will do their best to match your information with your return.
We aim to process all returns within 3 working days of the return arriving at our warehouse. When your return is processed you will receive confirmation via email. Please allow for additional processing time around sale periods, Black Friday & Christmas.Please note, funds may take up to 5-10 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Pole Junkie does not offer exchanges, only store credit or refund.

If you would like to exchange for another item, we offer 5% extra store credit. If this option is selected, you will receive an electronic gift card once your return has been processed at our warehouse. 

If you want to receive the same item in a different size, you must place a new order. In the event that you received a discount on your initial order and want to reorder the same product, the discounted price will not apply to the new order.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm GMT/BST Monday - Friday on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.No orders are processed at weekends or on Public Holidays.Please note, if you have purchased during sale events, it may take our fulfilment team longer to dispatch your order.
You can amend you order within 1 hour via the order confirmation page, or your account page. Please login to access this feature. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change any orders due to the quick processing time of our fulfilment team. If you'd like to amend your order, please contact us here and include all necessary information for the amendment. We are unable to offer this option during busy periods (e.g. Black Friday) so please double check all information before confirming your order.
We are happy to refund or replace faulty items. To help us deal with the issue as quickly as possible, please contact us here with the following information:
  • Order number
  • A description of the fault 
  • A clear image showing the fault.
Do not return the item before getting in touch as we may not need it returned.
We want to sort out any issues with your order straight away. Please contact us here with an image of the incorrect item quoting your order number and a member of our team will be able to assist you.

To make giving the gift of polewear as easy as possible, our Gift Cards are electronic. Gift cards are sent to your email address as soon as your payment in processed. Check your junk folder as it may be hiding ;)

To spend their PJ funds, your recipient just needs the 16 digit gift code enclosed in this email so you can either:

  • download one of our Pole Junkie gift voucher certificates here.
  • send your loved one the code in any way you see fit - birthday card, email, carrier pigeon etc
All gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

No - we stock brands from all over the world and some are sized differently from others. Check out the size chart on each product page. You will find UK/EU/US sizing along with measurements to help you find the perfect fit. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page. Just enter your preferred size, your email address and click "Notify Me". You will be automatically notified as soon as the product is restocked in your size.
To keep your new pole wear looking its best, make sure you follow the care instructions. You will find these on the label and/or in the product description. 
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna (UK only).

Klarna is a payment method which allows you to buy now and pay later. If your polewear addiction can't wait until payday, then Klarna's Buy Now, Pay Later is for you. You'll have 30 days to complete the payment online, you can pay at your convenience, with no extra cost via credit/debit card.

How do I pay using Klarna?

To pay using Klarna, you'll need to provide your mobile number as they may need to contact you. We'll also need your email address so that Klarna can send your payment statement. It's important that you provide the correct details, as you won't receive the relevant payment information.

When will I receive my payment statement?

Once you've placed your order using Klarna, you'll receive an email from them within 2 days with payment instructions.

You'll then have 30 days to complete the payment online. You can pay at your convenience, with no extra cost via credit or debit card. 

You'll receive a reminder two days before your payment is due, and you'll also receive email reminders.

Having trouble paying with Klarna?

If you have any trouble placing an order with Klarna, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  •  Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We'd recommend choosing another type or payment or placing an order for a smaller amount.
  •  Klarna may not have been able to check your details using the billing address that you've provided. You'll need to make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank/credit cards are registered to.
  •  You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna statements. Once these are paid off, try Pay Later with Klarna again. If you've recently paid off outstanding statements, please allow 24 hours before trying to pay through Klarna again.
  • You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your Date of Birth.
  •  If you haven't used Klarna before and you're shipping to a different address to your billing address, the payment may be declined.

Will applying for Klarna effect my credit score?

No, Klarna only conducts a soft credit check on customers. If you are rejected, this won't effect you getting finance in future. 

"Slice it in 3" by Klarna is a payment method which allows you to buy now and pay for your for your purchase in three instalments. Your order total will be split in to three equal payments, automatically deducted monthly from your chosen payment card. No interest, fees or late payment charges.

If you paid for your whole order with a Gift Card, then the refund will be re-credited to the same Gift Card and you can use the same voucher code when you place your next order with us.


If you paid with a combination of payment card and Gift Card, we will refund your debit/credit card first, with the remained credited to your original gift card code.


Gift cards purchased from our site expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
